On site training for maintenance engineers
We were requested by a customer to provide additional support to their newly F Gas qualified engineers (they had attended our standard five day course). The aim was to familiarise them with the water chillers at their salmon hatchery in North West Scotland:
- We introduced the engineers to new tools ideal for use on this type of equipment, including fully electronic gauge manifolds and vacuum gauges;
- With the engineers we developed appropriate procedures to enable them to safely service and maintain their fleet of chillers;
- On an ongoing basis we are providing technical support to determine why the chillers do not provide the expected cooling capacity in the summer.
