Development of management, engineering and administration teams within RAC companies

The corporate experience of the directors of Cool Concerns Ltd qualifies us to assist and develop the management of companies in our sector.


· We have carried out a search and find recruitment for a major end user. This involved drawing up a job and person specification. In the interim period we submitted a proposal to act as interim managers with in the division until the recruitment process had been completed.

During the recruitment process managed by Cool Concerns we undertook a complete skills audit of the existing staff and management. The skills audit took the form of one to one interviews and short (fun) multiple-choice assessments.

At the end of the process we had an accurate overview of the division’s skill and where to target training to produce the best results. From this a training proposal was submitted. Following the appointment of the divisional manager the training programme was deployed.
· Cool Concerns has also carried out market research of the retail and industrial sectors for the executive board of a large energy and facilities manager.

The project involved detailed interviews of senior management to ascertain the existing knowledge and skill base within the organisation.

From these interviews and the extensive market research we carried out, we submitted an outline report detailing both the market potential and the company’s current ability to enter those markets.

The report formed the basis for the organisation’s strategic business plan to provide cooling solutions to new and existing customers.

We have many years of senior management experience and we are commercially aware.
